The guy in New York lives to the west of the one in London and to the East of the on in LA.
The other 2, its about how you want to describe it. the on in the LA is to the West of the other 2 or..
tot he West of the one living in the NewYork and East of the one in London
And the oposit is true of the in London.......

Prezes covered that by saying "The guy in New York lives to the west of the one in London and to the East of the on in LA."

It also depends on which way you define as north. The decision we use today is sort of arbitrary, simply because the people who made the decisions wanted to be in the top half of the world.
I am still not exactly sure what this has to do with relativity.

Thats the privalige of discovering thngs, you get to decide how they are named.
Also, North is defined by the magnitic fields. This has some what changed now, with more accurate meassurements, we cant tell that the magnetic north is not in the same spot at the geographic north anymore. Also the magnetic field that attacts compass needles to the magnetic north will swap in the future.
