What pets do you people have, if any? i have a bunch =) i like pets. I have a pony, a horse, a sheep, a dog, seven cats, a tropical fish tank, a salt water fish tank, a couple lizards and a ball python . a zoo in my room! i just need an elephant, a lion, and a zebra, lol.

i got one of the rarest cats in the world. a devon rex. they are the nicest and most loving cats in the world. they can go for up to $1000 nutered. and unnutered at least 5 grand. then i have another cat. its asian of some decent. can spell its name. then i have a fish tank and 2 hermit crabs.

lol, ok, 14 working dogs, 14 horses (5 non ridable, still being broken) also used for work, about 15000 breeding ewes, 100 breeding rams, 18000 hoggets (young ewes), 800 breeding cows (beef) 50 Breeding bulls (beef), 280 steers, 300 heifers.

umm thats about it, not really pets, just money with legs really, the only things on that list that are pets are the dogs and the horses, and some of the horses are yet to be broken, so you people do that math

I now have just 4 cats (all thick!) but in the past I have had:

20+ cats
5+ dogs
lizards, sand lizard, green iguanas
snakes, garter, boa constrictor, indian pythons
tarantulas, mexican red-knees, haiitian curly-hair
3 horses, 2 geldings of indeterminate breed, 1 half-arab stallion
1 chipmunk
3 chinchillas
1 hen

These were all pets!

My family are also farmers, though not on the scale of Mar's!

Hey, i used to have an iguana when i was reeaallly little. But, it bit my brother and my dad made me sell it :'((. He was a nice (mostly) iguana too! And i've hatched ducks before. That was fun. oh yeah, for a very brief time i owned a scorpion, but as soon as my dad found out he made me return it :'(. He's kinda strict...

But she's really special to me cos I've known her since she was born (saw her being born too!). In the past I've had a few rabbits, one of which was demented and attacked people. Pretty dull huh? Wish I had a tank full of bull sharks... *drools at the thought*

I've got a pihranna in one of the fish tanks... but he only eats veggies :'( he's ssooooo booorriinnggg

I have red bellied pirhanna, they are vicious buggers and enjoy bacon. I also have a birdeating spider, a chiliean red and a mcaw. I used to own an iguanna to but it almost rendered my uncles thumb off the bone.

But in my time i owned a dog a cat, a black widow which smuggled itself over in my suitcase! more pirhanna breeds, coy carp, preying mantis, scorpions, geckos and several species of snake.

Soori 2 be boring but all i got is a husky called Kahn (pregnant at the mo though so sum cash is cumin my way!)

Pah! Pirhannas don't compare to bull sharks, the former isn't even a confirmed man-eater whereas bull sharks are the most dangerous (to man) creature with a backbone in the water today. In a fight between a pirhanna and a bull shark (and yes it is likely to happen, both have been found in the Amazon), the winner wouldn't be the one associated with Cameron's first movie! Kind of off-topic, but damn I'd like a tank with a bull shark. Mmmm. *ahem*

Well i would own a tiger shark if i had the choice, but unfortunately i dont have a big enough pond, it will eat all my coy carp and i dont have sealions in the freezer. Pirhanna are excellent pets because when you chuck a really rare piece of meat in the tank they tear it up in secods, their fun to have

I dont like bull sharks anyway, they're stupid a blue shark could probably outwit one of em. Bull sharks the so called "man eaters" merely attack kill and spit, they are crappy predators and give other sharks a bad name.

Firstly, tiger sharks don't usually live longer than a month in captivity, you'd probably be in the record books if yours lasted 2 months. Tigers used to be favourites in aquariums because they lasted longer than a couple of days in a tank and, of course, are huge and dangerous. Nowadays you don't see one in captivity unless you go somewhere really seedy because due to their vastly decreased lifespans it's seen as cruel. Yup I'd vastly prefer a blue shark to a bull shark too but as they're a pelagic species they'd probably last for an even shorter time than the tiger (although I've never actually heard of anyone trying to keep one in captivity before).

You've got to admit bull sharks have some rarity value! For a start they're the only large predatory species you can keep in captivity (not sure about great hammerheads and whalers though). Then there's the fact that they're probably the only species that can survive for extended periods in fresh water, not to mention the ridiculously high testosterone level (highest of any animal in the world) that accounts for the aggression that makes it the most prolific man-killer. Although yes I have to admit they give other sharks a bad name.

I like siamese cats . I have a really annoying one, he AAALLWWAAYYYSS needs to bet petted. And thats cool, sometimes. Otherwise, he gets a boot in the butt and a few swear words . J/k

All I have is a dog, nothing special about him he barks and run around. To bad my mother isn't really into reptiles, more a phobia then dislike, otherwise I'm sure I would have had a snake or something.
