The Spoils of war

Got a new story up! This full out Predator story shows a completely different side of my writing style: Based on a Female Yautja Warlord and the unblooded male she has caught as the spoils of war, and not only will he be used to fulfill her pleasures but also in her plans to dominate his own clan in the most dishonorable manner.

They passed the city gates and onto the stone laden streets passing the metal buildings and over lapping archways. Soldiers were gathering males, females and younglings into small groups, there were small bouts every few meters, what foolish Dkai believed there was a chance to save their clan. Bodies of both sides of all ages filled the streets and walkways, blood from the bodies on the above walkways dripped below giving waterfall-like show, and the bodies left on the street only disappeared beneath the treads of the Crawler. Heading to the heart of Dkai, a towering temple-like building made of stone and metal surrounded with sub buildings, manors, court yards and stone ponds. The Crawler reached the sub entrance and they dismounted before the engine stopped and entered the long hallway, Heshtk and Ne'ha reached the other end and were met by a series of stairs which they ascended that would lead them to the great Chamber of Leaders. They entered the chamber, the pillars of the great hall glowing with the names of Dkai's past Leaders, and at the other end of the chamber was another series of steps, each having one pair of stone chairs that all formed into a pyramid formation until reaching the final step where a lone thrown sat.

News from AlienQueen

A big, big THANK YOU to all of you who urged me to keep writing and eventually finish this story! I hate to say it, but I have to disappoint you. You find a little summary below of what would have happened in the Third Instalment of the story. I am very sad that I couldn't finish it, as I think it is still one of the best stories I've ever written, but what can you do when your inspiration dies, right?

The biggest plot point of it was probably that Darwin (the young scientific genius, who so far seemed to be the Queen-B of the Universe) turns out to be Rogue's secret twin and has a hidden agenda against Weyland Yutani. Their parents were both very high up in the WY hierachy and couldn't stand the thought that their children might not be up to their standards, so they "manufactured" them in the WY genetic laboratory. But then the twins turned out so smart that they frightened their parents and basically couldn't connect with anyone else but themselves, since everybody else seemed to be idiots to them. They even had their own language in which they spoke to each other.

Their parents, not happy with being left out, decided to give Rogue (DArwin's brother) away to force the girl to put up with them, thus condemning both children to loneliness. Darwin suffered immeaserably and decided to get even with the company for what they did to her and her brother. Rogue went underground, and together, they built Isis (the female cyborg who plays one of the main parts in the story) to gather all the information against W.Y. Darwin would give her access to when she took her onto the Space Station. She never told Isis that she was her creation for fear that this would have corrupted her proof against W.Y. So Darwin set herself up as the "evil scientist" , whose evil deeds wouldultimately cause the company's downfall. She realized that her chance had arrived when Hicks and Newt and the aliens were brought to the station.

During the final tests of the "Hicks-hybrid", she sees to it (after having confirmed that he has - after some trouble - learned to control his alien-side) that he and Newt can escape, but stays behind herself to set up the station for destruction. Also, after all the horrible things she has done, she would never abe able to be accepted in the community again. There is no tomorrow for her. When Hicks, Newt and Isis (after a huge fight with Raven, who has also escaped, flee the station toward the planet where Rogue is hiding, she dies a happy death knowing that Isis carries everything for her revenge against the company inside of her...

Da'tou's Story!

Shows how much I've been visiting this site. For a couple of months now Chapter Seventeen: In the Arms of a Caretaker as been up for months, but I just never posted it here, until now. Hope you all enjoy the chapter.

"Gr'it-in didn't answer her for a few moments, pausing like he was confused at her question when she was crying and didn't answer his question first. "You are safe Da'tou." he said, "We are in the haven of the jungle some miles from your birthplace. There is a fire here, strips of dried meat and water for you. The rest of the pack is camped not to far away for you privacy, and I was left as your caretaker. You've been unconcious for nearly three days."

She closed her eyes and turned her head away from him, not wanting him to see her tears, and soon she turned to her side. Doing that had caused hot pains to shoot through various parts of her body, and sore muscles that made themselves known. But surprisingly not in much pain as she thought she would be. The physical and mental pains wrapped around her torturing her ever which and she cried out loud from it all."

~~~
And finally! After months of sitting on the shelf and collecting dust, as well as getting piled under by active files, Chapter Eighteen: You Can't Escape is here.
Here's a little bit from the chapter:
"Da'tou woke again, this time feeling better then her first waking so had decided to sit. Doing so she found some muscles were still sore as well as cramped and sleeping still, possibly from her lack of movement over the past few days. They caused her to grunt and groan and wince, but she closed her eyes and focused on her center where she could remain calm and breathed in and out slowly.
"Da'tou." Gr'it-in's voice suddenly called out of nowhere that made her jump slightly and snapped her head in the direction she heard his gruff voice originate from. As the warrior he was, he was wearing all his armor and weapons, ready in an instant to jump into battle. "How are you feeling?"
Turning from him, she looked to the fire that was still burning hot then to the wounds that riddled her body and scowled at herself, closing her eyes, when Kere entered her mind. "This is too much damn emotion."She said inwardly.
"Da'tou?" His voice questionably called this time.
Then, she opened her eyes and replied in a snap. "Fine. I'm fine Gr'it-in." After that she laid down in a deep sigh and looked up to the cold blue sky. Whether it was black and speckled with blinking white stars, or blue or gray, it still showed as an endless color of blue over the fact it was cold air, just like she was becoming. Now bent on revenge against her Father, and once killing him she would be shunned by the Tribes and Villages, even Xingasa. She heard movement from her left then was followed by Gr'it-in popping his mask-covered face into her range of view."
Enjoy!
